Vista Camera Calibration-Related Issue
Reasons for calibration failure
- Used an engraved wood board
- Used an uneven or warped board
- Used a wood board with cut marks
- Not A3 size wood
- Placed the wood board in a wrong position
- No laser beds placed or placed improperly
- Input the uncorrect thickness of the board
Solutions
- Use a clean and flat wood board (A3 size)
- Overlap with a clean piece of white paper (A3 size) if you have no clean board
- Place the reference block in the bottom left corner and the wood board is placed next to the reference block
- Position the laser beds in place and correct orientation
- Confirm the thickness of the wood you use
