Machine Pack-up Instructions for Return or Replacement
In some cases, you may need to return the laser machine either for a refund or for a replacement. To ensure the smooth returning and replacement process, please follow the steps below to pack up the machine.

Vision 20W, 40W, Vision pro 45W:
Step 1. Please open the MakeIt software > new project> make sure it’s connected either via USB or wifi>go to Settings> click on Transportation Mode to lower the height of the machine.

Step 2. Package the product and all components according to the original packaging to ensure it is in the same condition as when you first received it.
