What to Do if the Engraving/Cutting are offset?

 

Issues such as:

  • Circle is not round.
  • The pattern is offset from the preset position.

The solutions are as follows:

2. Adjust the X-axis alignment for Vision series. 

Please check if the X-axis (the axis where the laser module is located) aligns the holes on both sides first.

Step1: If not, use the L-shaped screwdriver provided in the package to loosen the two screws on the metal rod.

Please note that only these two screws can be adjusted, and the other two screws near the motor are not to be touched.

Step2: Push the X-axis where the laser module is located, adjust the position of both ends of the axis, so that the recesses align with the screw holes on both sides.

 

Step3: After alignment, use the L-shaped screwdriver in the package to tighten the two screws that were previously loosened. Secure the metal rod.
