For Windows or MacOS Version
- After you power on your machine, insert the USB cable into the computer and open the software. The system will display the connection status as USB.
- After setting up WiFi, you can switch between USB and WiFi connections in the connection status column.
- Please note that under WiFi connection, the settings window will not display the WiFi settings button. You need to switch back to USB connection to access it.
For iOS, Android, or iPad Version
- The software connects to the same WiFi as the phone
- Only supports 2.4Ghz network
- Required to turn on your device’s Bluetooth and location service to search the machine and connect first, then can connect to WiFi.
