How to Replace Limit Switch for Vision Model?
Step 1: Power on the machine, take out the material and the laser beds.
Step 2: Open MakeIt software>new project>settings>Transportation mode, Ensure the machine descends properly.
Step 3: Power off the machine.
Step 4: On the 4 corners, there are 4 PWBs (printed wiring board), as shown below. Use a screwdriver that came with the package to remove the board.
Step 5: Unplug the wire plugged into the little board and remove the board.
Step 6. Replace the new limit switch.
Please confirm some details to ensure the 4 limit switches are installed correctly.
1. please ensure all boards are facing towards the inside of the laser.
2. please ensure the right limit switch is replaced for the right Z-axis:
Black limit switch : Z1 Z4
Blue limit switch: Z2 Z3
Step 7. Power on the laser, check if the laser machine works properly or not.
