Ensure the Lumos laser module has been installed correctly and the screws securely tightened.
After powering on, please make sure you can see both the red and blue dots. And the LED light should also turn on as expected.
Loosen the screw after powering off and remove the laser module from the laser. Try connecting it directly to your computer using the included white USB cable. Connect the power cord and check whether the module powers on and connects to the computer properly.
