Firmware-Related Issue for Vista

If mcu2 shows 000000 and firmware version is 2.0.24 or above, please follow the steps below to correct the firmware version.

!Contact support team to check if firmware upgrade is needed or not!!

Only works with USB connection and software V2.0.7 or above

1. Power on your Vista laser

2. USB cable connects your Vista laser to MakeIt software

3. Open the Console by pressing shortcut keys “Ctrl+Shift+P” or “Shift+Command+P“

4. Upload OTA file (see attachment  only for Vista 10W laser)

5. Click “Confirm” to start OTA

6. After OTA successfully, please power off your Vista laser and power it on again.
