How to Replace the Laser Head Connection Wire and Circuit Board of Vision 20W?

Please read it before replacing:

*Don’t bend the ribbon cable, as it can easily damage the internal wiring.

*Don’t over-tighten the screws, as they may crush the small circuit board.
*Lift or close the black latch gently to avoid breaking it.
*When inserting the ribbon cable into the connectors on both ends, please make sure to align it gently and insert it horizontally, avoiding damage to the PINs due to excessive force.

 

Step 1. Power off the machine, manually move the laser head to the right front corner.

Step 2. On the back of the laser module, gently lift the black latch, and pull out the ribbon cable. (Remove the protection tape if there is any)

Step 3. On the right end of the X-axis rail, find the small circuit board, lift the black latch gently and pull out the ribbon cable.(Remove the protection tape if there is any)

Step 4. Remove the two screws on the circuit board, pull out the white ribbon wire. (Use a small knife or tweezers to remove the glue if there is any on the white connector.

Now both the laser’s ribbon connection cable and the small circuit board have been removed, you can install the new connection set back in the same way. Please pay attention to the must know we mentioned the beginning of this article.
 
After replacing the new part, please power on the laser machine, if the laser module returns to the rear left corner without any issues, that means you’ve done a great job!
