How to Process a Curved Material with WeCreat Vision Pro?

Note:

1. Only for Vision Pro model, software version: 2.0.8 or above. 

2. Requirement on Materials: 

• The distance between the lowest and highest points doesn’t exceed 20mm.
• The angles formed by both the highest and lowest points with the horizontal plane are less than 15 degrees.
  Note: Excessive angle difference will affect the actual processing effect. 
  

Step 1. Switch to curved surface processing mode.

Step 2. Enter the height of the material.

Step 3. Click Surface Measurement and draw the area to be engraved.

Step 4. Click Next, the software will intelligently recommend the measurement density based on the processing area. You can adjust it if needed.

Step 5. After the measurement is complete, the software will generates a 3D model.

• To rotate the model, drag the mouse.
  
• To adjust the model, double-click the dot.
  

Step 6. Click Complete, the selected area is displayed on the canvas, with the grey area marked as non-working area.

Step 7. Import a design file and play with parameters settings.

Step 8. Click Start on the top right corner and send the project to the laser.

Step 9. Press the Start button on the front to start processing.
